Simplified Benefits Administrators is a third-party administrator (TPA for short). A TPA is a company which administers partially self-funded health insurance benefit programs, primarily for employers. Simplified Benefits Administrators started as the TPA division of UCHealth, headquartered in Colorado. As a result, Simplified Benefits Administrators has strong roots in the Colorado market, and a long history of integration with the UCHealth delivery system.
