Class Schedule & Member Resources

Fitness & Yoga Class Schedule

We offer free circuit-style strength and cardio and yoga classes to all Lifestyle Health Program participants. Each class is different and offers a safe way to add variety to your weekly routine, decrease injury risk, and help relieve everyday aches.

Strength/Core class schedule

  • Wednesdays 4:30 – 5:15 p.m.

The Healthy for Life Program is pleased to offer a variety of evidence-based courses designed to help you take charge of your health, build lasting habits, and feel your best.  

On rotation throughout the year, members and the community can access the following 6-week courses at no cost. 

Living Well with Chronic Pain

Explore tools and techniques to manage persistent pain, increase activity, and improve mood – all in a supportive group setting.

Living Well with Diabetes

This workshop helps you gain confidence in managing blood sugar, nutrition, activity and stress – so you can feel more in control.

Living Well with Your Lifelong Conditions

Learn how to take control of your health while managing ongoing conditions. This course teaches simple, proven strategies to reduce symptoms, stay active and improve daily life.

Cancer Thriving & Surviving

For individuals who have completed cancer treatment, is in active treatment or is supporting a loved one, this course focuses on moving forward, regaining energy, managing side effects, and goal setting.

PAVING the Path to Wellness

Build healthy habits in areas like sleep, stress, nutrition, movement and social connection. Guided by certified facilitators, you’ll learn how to create a personalized roadmap to wellbeing.
